Solder

Solder is an indispensable bonding material in every electronic device used in our daily lives today. In the days of using large electronic devices, all soldering was done by humans, but now with technological advances, machines are replacing everything. In addition, environmental regulations have become more stringent, and many now use lead-free solvent without the use of Sn – Pb.

Solder Bar

• Used to insert a Solder into the Wave Soldering Machine POT.
• Generally, the SOlder input in POT is 200 to 400 kg.

Solder wire (for supplement)

• Used to fill the assembled board lid with a solvent during Wave Soldering.

Solder wire (resin input)

• In the process of soldering, it is often used where humans want to soldering or where they need to be soldered using a robot.

Solder paste (solder cream)

• Used to apply the Solder Paste to the Bear Board using SMT (Surface Mounted Technology), store the parts to soldering using the Reflection device.
• Store the Solder Paste in the refrigerator to prevent deterioration due to the characteristics of the product. If used, leave it at room temperature two hours before use, to prevent defluorization.
